What is "resort casual"?
Stylewise it's a bit more dressy than your average casual clothes. You don't want to look like you just walked off the beach but you're also not at a formal jacket, shirt and tie church wedding. Also bear in mind that you will be in photos with two women wearing wedding dresses. Not the time for your aloha print board shorts...
As for shoes, casual is best as there's too much foliage to cross for heels or dress shoes. The default shoes on the island are slippahs (flip-flops, thongs, sandals, whatever your people call them). Or of course you could always go barefoot.
